Delicious Vegetable Soup Chickpeas
For babies 6 months and older
Chickpeas are a source of protein needed for muscle building, protection of skin and growth.
The following recipe is delicious and very nutritious.
Ingredients (3 servings): 1 cup chickpeas
A piece of sweet potato squash
A piece of banana (2 centimeter) Optional
Wash the beans, removing any small stones or other material, and let soak for 4 hours minimum.
Place the chickpeas in a pot and cover with water for at least two inches above the beans. Once the water boils, continue cooking over medium heat. Add more water as necessary until the chickpeas are completely tender. Skip
chickpeas, pumpkin and potato food processor, you can also use a fork until a creamy mush. The result is a delicious pure and healthy your baby will love.
