This is a very simple way to eat vegetables. My daughter Juliana is making this soup without any problem, and my husband likes a lot ... something amazing as the preferred meat to vegetables.

I will not give exact amounts of ingredients because it depends on individual taste. The end result may be a creamy soup or a little more liquid.
If you prefer to finish preparing the soup has a creamy consistency, cook more potatoes and pumpkin and top with pureed into soup.

Ingredients:
a piece of pumpkin
a piece of potato or yam

2 carrots 1 stalk celery, onions
a piece of corn

1 potato (optional)
cilantro, parsley (optional) salt


Cut all ingredients into equal pieces and pour into a pot of boiling water. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Once the vegetables are tender turn off heat and let cool slightly. Skip

Delicious Vegetable Soup Chickpeas

For babies 6 months and older

Ingredients (3 servings): 1 cup chickpeas
