Milanese spring lentil noodle
Milanesas: - Lentils (amount to taste) Garlic

- pepper and 1 onion ½
- Parsley (to taste) Salt

- chickpea flour (prepared with a little water, to give consistency of egg)

Noodles: - 1 package spaghetti noodles

Milanesas: We took the pan
