Sushi vegan ingredients

  • A package of seaweed for sushi

Seitan (I) Step by step

Seitan is the diva of vegetarian / vegan. All vegetarian (not vegan!) Should know how to cook a good seitan ( or at least know where to buy it: P)
There are basically two ways to cook seitan: Flour basis "0", based on flour or gluten. The first is much slower than the second, but has the advantage of the flour can be found anywhere and cheap. The second is faster to do is a bit more expensive (well, always cheaper than buying meat ...)
Today I will explain how to make seitan long form: we need a kilo of flour, seasonings, and a little patience.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
