Marithe Francois Girbaud Online Shop Outlet

For babies 6 months and older

Unfortunately I had problems to post the video, which is why this recipe does not have one. However, I will try to post it again if I have success I'll put on this page.

This is a very simple way to eat vegetables. My daughter Juliana is making this soup without any problem, and my husband likes a lot ... something amazing as the preferred meat to vegetables.

I will not give exact amounts of ingredients because it depends on individual taste. The end result may be a creamy soup or a little more liquid.
If you prefer to finish preparing the soup has a creamy consistency, cook more potatoes and pumpkin and top with pureed into soup.

Ingredients:
a piece of pumpkin
a piece of potato or yam

2 carrots 1 stalk celery, onions
a piece of corn

1 potato (optional)
cilantro, parsley (optional) salt

Cut all ingredients into equal pieces and pour into a pot of boiling water. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Once the vegetables are tender turn off heat and let cool slightly. Skip

vegetables with a little liquid by blender and blend until creamy. Pour the mixture back to saucepan and mix with the rest of the liquid. Seasoning to taste, serve.

Recommendation: if your baby is less than 1 year do not add salt, pepper or other seasoning to your food.
