Carrot salad, peaches and cherries with seitan steaks.

As part of my campaign against the lettuce and tomato I present this interesting sweet and sour salad.

salad Ingredients (2 servings):
  • 2 carrots 1 peach
  • 10 cherries (if fresh is better)

To
    seitan steaks
  • 6 seitan
  • 3 cloves garlic salt
  • Oregano plant Mayonnaise thinned with a little water.

Preparation. Grate the carrot
thick, cut in half the cherries and peaches, diced guys. Mix everything. Skip
seitan in a pan with a little oil, add the garlic (so you do not burn it is best to add at the end), and brown on both sides.
At the plate, put the mayonnaise over the steaks, salt, and oregano.

nutritional properties.

Recipe for babies 6 months and older.

Ingredients (3 servings):
lentils

1 piece pumpkin 1 potato, diced 1 piece of potato
