Delicious Lentil
Recipe for babies 6 months and older.
Lentils are nutritious super offer our children important nutrients like iron, calcium, fiber, among others.
Ingredients (3 servings):
lentils
1 clove garlic 1 piece
chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 slice of pepper
1 piece pumpkin 1 potato, diced 1 piece of potato
fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon oil
a little salt salt
In a skillet saute the onion, garlic, tomato and paprika. Add salt.
with water in a pot place the lentils, potato, pumpkin and the sauce, cook over high heat.
When the lentils are tender, add the piece of sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes or until potato is tender. Separate
portion for your child including dulde piece of potato and a piece of pumpkin. Spend all of the food processor to serve.
* seasoned lentils remember for the rest of the family once you separate the portion for your baby.
