Garlic Chicken with Sweet Potato Puree

This recipe is ideal for babies 8 months and older.

* Chicken is a major source of iron, most pediatricians recommend include chicken and turkey in the diet of infants 8 months of age and older. However, it is recommended that you consult your pediatrician of your baby before offering meat and other foods that are new to their diet.




Ingredients: Chicken breast
(a piece according to what your baby can eat)
Sweet Potato / Yam / Sweet Potato (a approximately 4 cm piece)
2 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon oil

Cut chicken into thin pieces and marinate with garlic, salt and Italian herbs.
