This recipe is super easy to prepare and is very nutritious. Usually the dough is enriched with iron and vitamin B complex
This recipe is ideal for babies 9 months and older.
Ingredients:
1 handful of pasta (shells, small screws, ties)
1 tablespoon grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan)
milk 2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley or Italian herbs (optional)
Salt (optional)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Once this list drain. Apart
in a saucepan, heat milk, add the chopped parsley or Italian herbs and salt, stir.
Pour the paste into the milk and mix to completely cover the dough with milk.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle the cheese, stir and serve. ***
use salt in this recipe because Juliana is greater than 1 year. If your child is under 1 year do not add salt to food.
