Rookie Initiation Games
Spinach is super nutritious, it is important to include in our diet. Spinach has a lot of folic acid . Children and adults need folate to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
This recipe is ideal for children 7 months of age and older. Ingredients
(3 persons): 10 sheets of spinach
1 carrot, peeled 1 stalk celery
1 large potato, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons onion
2 cups water
In a pot of water to pour the vegetables except the spinach.
Cook until vegetables are tender (soft).
Once the vegetables are tender, turn off heat and add the spinach leaves to the pot. Cool slightly. Skip
vegetables with a little liquid in the blender and blend until creamy. Pour the mixture back to saucepan and mix with the rest of the liquid. Seasoning to taste, serve.
