Spinach Soup Chicken Soup Recipe Video
Chicken soup .. ahh so delicious and so nutritious for our children. Chicken meat is an excellent source of iron.
This recipe is ideal for children 8 months and older.
* Because the bellies of infants under 8 months old it is harder to digest protein, most pediatricians recommend offering meat from the eighth month of age.
Ingredients (3 servings):
A piece of chicken
Media Middle
finely chopped carrot, celery stalk, finely chopped 2 tablespoons rice
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
1 potato, peeled
diced 2 ½ cups water ½ teaspoon salt
(add at end)
2 leaves of spinach (optional)
In a pot pour the water and the remaining ingredients except the spinach, and cook about 20 minutes. Apart finely chop the spinach.
Once the soup is ready to serve garnishing each plate with spinach.
If your baby is under 1 year old piece of chicken puree and vegetables you will serve, adding liquid (chicken soup) to the mixture until it looks like a creamy soup. Do not add salt to the soup. If your baby refuses food, pureed add a piece of banana (banana, banana).
If your baby is older than 1 year, may not need to grind the chicken and vegetables. Why it's so important to cut everything into small pieces. I hope
