Milanesas:
- Lentils (amount to taste) Garlic
- (in bulk)
- pepper and 1 onion ½
- Parsley (to taste) Salt
To clothe:
- Breadcrumbs
- chickpea flour (prepared with a little water, to give consistency of egg)
- Water
- Oregano Salt (for seasoning)
Noodles:
- 1 package spaghetti noodles
- Basil
- Morón
- Carrot Onion Sesame
- to decorate
Milanesas: We took the pan
bell pepper, onion and garlic (in large quantities). In a saucepan cook the lentils, once cooked, we strain, and we added the moron, onion, garlic and parsley. Mix everything and we walk a bit with a fork.
