Female Athlete Cyclist Camel Toe

Oatmeal is one of the most nutritious foods we can offer our children. Oatmeal is a cereal rich in B vitamins, necessary for the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. Fortunately

this wonderful food we can offer our children from the sixth month. Besides, it is ideal that our children learn to eat healthy at a young age because it makes much easier the task of feeding them when they are a little older.

The instructions below are for a baby of 6 months. However, you can follow the procedure for older kids, the difference is you do not need to grind the oats and would use whole milk. That said, get to work!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oatmeal 2 ounces of water

A piece of banana (2-4 cm approximately)
1 ounce of breast milk, formula milk

Mash the banana with a fork or food processor.
Grind oats in food processor or blender, serve in a bowl.
In a small saucepan boil water. Pour hot water over oats and mix for 1 minute, cover with a lid or plate for 2-3 minutes to preserve heat water and follow the process of cooking the oats.
Add milk and mashed banana. Serve.
